Cantate Chamber Singer, under the artistic direction of Gisèle Becker, is the premier chamber vocal ensemble of Montgomery County, Maryland attracting some of the finest choral musicians from throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Cantate performs a capella and accompanied chamber choral works spanning five centuries, with a strong commitment to twentieth century music, and to commissioning and premiering new works.
