Unity Woods is one of the largest and most highly respected yoga centers in the country. We offer classes for students of all levels in asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing), special workshops with some of the world's finest teachers, weekend intensives, and programs covering various aspects of the science and art of Yoga.
All classes teach the Iyengar method of Hatha Yoga. This vigorous approach emphasizes a balance between strength and flexibility, builds endurance, and develops self-awareness through precision in movement and attention to subtle aspects of posture and breath, mind and spirit.
