Recreational Cooking Classes at L'Academie de Cuisine are designed for the home cook and are open to the general public. We offer about 1,000 classes every year in several different formats that cover a wide range of topice including Asian Cooking and Sushi, Italian, French, Vegetarian, Wine Tastings & Dinners, Baking & Pastry, Kids & Teen classes, and many, many more. The majority of the classes are held at our Bethesda location, however we also offer classes in Gaithersburg. Classes are designed to fit into your schedule – classes are offered on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. Most of our classes are Single Session Classes that meet one time for 2 – 3 hours. We also offer Series Classes that meet once a week for 3 – 12 weeks. Unless otherwise noted, the Series Classes are sold as a series and cannot be attended on individual class basis.
